10:00am Storytelling: the art of making your
pictures worth watching by Lloyd Davis
Many of us go to stunning locations and extraordinary
lengths to get great shots but it all counts for little
if they are not assembled in ways that tell great stories.
A terrific storyline can make compelling viewing even
when partnered with poor visuals; however, beautifully
framed shots of mountains, first ascents, our mates
or whatever will never of themselves make for a compelling
film. One hour.
