Classes:

Class one: For single reproduction up to 5cm x 5cm in size. Only applies to some photos and does not guarantee sole rights.


Class Two: For reproducing as many times as desired within one year of delivery and up to 210cm x 295cm in size (A4). The customer can request sole rights to this photo for the normal period of lease (one year)


Class Three: For reproducing as many times as desired within one year of delivery and any size. The customer can request sole rights to this photo for the normal period of lease (one year).


Class Four: The customer buys the original photo outright. It is theirs to do what ever they wish for as long as they like.


Prices:

Class One:  $90.00

Class Two:  $250.00

Class Three:  $400.00  (All prices are exclusive of GST).

Class Four:  To be negotiated.


Conditions of Sale:
The customer will print photo credits where possible, i.e. Photo by Mark Sedon/Off Piste Photography.

If the customer decides to upgrade to another class during the lease they may pay the difference in the cost between the two classes. If this is paid within the first three months, their one year lease will start again from that date.

Off Piste Photography reserves the right to terminate the lease of a photo and refund a percentage of the lease at any time. The photo is to be returned to Off Piste Photography at the end of the lease.

If a photo (35mm slide) is lost, stolen or damaged the fee is $750.
